They are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their End User Services team, responsible for providing desktop and mobile support, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in support processes.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and mobile device support firm wide

Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including nights and weekends

Install and configure computer systems and applications within the firm

Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems

Own requests through to resolution, ensuring the requester is kept informed of the progress throughout

VIP support for Investment professionals

Create technical documentation

Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with employees and vendors

Support the asset management of hardware and software

Support office moves, events, as and when required

Promote and train staff members to use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools to ensure they are familiar with applications, systems and equipment

Comply and contribute to company standards, processes, and procedures

Support and maintain the automation of the starters and leavers process

Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and business processes
