Responsibilities
Participate in high-level discovery calls and executive briefings with multinational customers
Leverage peer-level credibility to establish trust with senior manufacturing, operations, and corporate leaders
Support Account Executives by anchoring conversations in enterprise realities and decision dynamics
Advise Maneva leadership and AEs on how enterprise buying decisions unfold inside large organizations
Provide insight into internal politics, stakeholder alignment, and approval processes
Help position Maneva effectively across corporate, regional, and plant-level stakeholders
Support private executive sessions, AI education events, and strategic workshops
Facilitate senior-level introductions that accelerate trust and access (not transactional referrals)
Act as a generalist operator across industries, able to quickly understand diverse manufacturing contexts
Provide ongoing feedback to leadership on enterprise market dynamics, buyer expectations, and adoption barriers
Help shape Maneva's enterprise engagement strategy based on firsthand experience
Qualification
Required
AVP- or VP-level experience within multinational manufacturing organizations or industrial SaaS companies
Experience operating at HQ, regional, or global levels with exposure across multiple plants or divisions
Broad operational or commercial exposure rather than narrow functional specialization
Strong professional network and reputation within enterprise manufacturing or industrial technology ecosystems
Deep understanding of how enterprise decisions are influenced, approved, and funded
Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
Trusted for judgment, experience, and pattern recognition rather than sales tactics
Willingness to travel extensively in support of enterprise engagements
