Responsibilities

Working directly with the Lender Solutions management team to perform analysis and assist in strategic decision making

Assists in analysis sessions with SMEs to develop workflows, process diagrams and gap analyses to identify system, application, and/or hardware needs

Work with IT or business partners to resolve production issues that may arise

Develop reports and metrics that identify and reduce errors

Create month-end and year-end reports

Write and execute test plans, including functional and regression testing

Provide end-user training

Collects and analyzes data for implications regarding budget, project and/or program initiatives

Creates and maintains spreadsheet files

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong organizational experience

Proficient in Windows based environment

Strong background in Excel (formulas and charts)

Working knowledge of SQL

Ability to identify and analyze business problems, find opportunities and offer solutions

Ability to clearly articulate and effectively write business requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with both technical and non-technical people

Must be able to multi-task, problem solve to continually meet tight deadlines

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
