Responsibilities
Perform basic R&D credit studies and assist with the review of client credit information to determine eligibility
Facilitate the preparation of specialized tax forms associated with research credits to ensure accurate filings
Respond to client inquiries and manage professional communication with third parties, including tax preparers and payroll providers
Maintain meticulous tracking of client credit information and project statuses throughout the study lifecycle
Assist with essential billing and bookkeeping responsibilities to support the firm’s financial operations
Qualification
Required
Self-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or finance
