Responsibilities
System Administrator will provide second- and third-tier IT support for issues beyond helpdesk resolution
Manage and maintain network and email accounts in a hybrid environment
Assist with maintenance of on-site servers and clustered VMware environments
Support AWS servers (Linux) hosting databases and custom web applications
As a System Administrator, you will troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in VMware infrastructure
Troubleshoot virtual servers and desktops in VMware environments
Provide occasional on-call technical assistance and support scheduled system maintenance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT experience; Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSE) preferred
Experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred) and MS SQL troubleshooting
Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware preferred)
Advanced knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Office 365 administration
Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN routing)
Strong troubleshooting and support skills focused on Microsoft technologies, Office products, and SaaS solutions
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
