The role involves creating reusable UI components, collaborating with back-end engineers, and providing technical mentorship to the UI development team.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the front-end architecture using React.js and best design practices
Create reusable UI components and micro frontend strategies
Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure smooth API integration (Java/Spring Boot)
Implement and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and UI performance benchmarks
Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for front-end deployments
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the UI development team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of UI development experience with 3+ years in an architectural role
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Proven experience integrating with Java/Spring Boot services
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end state management (Redux, Context API)
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and testing libraries like Jest/Cypress
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
