Responsibilities
Transform ad hoc IT support content into structured, modular, machine-readable articles
Ensure each article answers a clearly scoped question
Define templates and content standards for LLM-first documentation
Train authors and cross-functional teams on writing for RAG and GenAI tools
Audit GenAI responses and content to identify gaps, inaccuracies, and hallucination risks
Use chat logs, search data, and deflection metrics to prioritize content improvements
Collaborate with partners to align runbooks and manuals to enterprise documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Native or near-native English proficiency
Experience editing technical documentation used by chatbots, virtual agents, or LLM tools
Ownership of content schemas, IA, or documentation standards in complex environments
Strong background in conversational content design and LLM-aware writing
Ability to coach non-technical authors
Familiarity with AP Style or similar guides
CMS experience, preferably Contentful
Preferred
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
Familiarity with AI observability or evaluation tools
