Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and regression suites for GenAI applications
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive feature coverage, including AI/ML model validation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Apply best practices in functional, automated, and AI-specific testing
Identify and report defects using advanced testing tools and methodologies
Mentor junior QA engineers and support onboarding activities
Develop test planning and automation strategies for GenAI initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline / BE/B. Tech or Equivalent
4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance
Practical knowledge of software testing best practices
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of API testing, web technologies (HTTP, HTML/CSS, REST, web services)
Familiarity with Java, XML, and enterprise technologies (SOAP, MQ, JMS, Oracle/MSSQL/DB2)
Knowledge of GenAI concepts and a passion for test automation and code quality
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
