Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will manage and grow sales within a defined agency assignment through virtual and phone engagement, aiming to exceed growth objectives and support independent agents.

Implements and executes sales strategies to achieve financial and sales goals
Collaborates with internal partners to achieve intended outcomes
Utilizes the appropriate sales tools to influence behavior, and drive results through the phone and virtual
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell Kemper Auto products and identified agencies needs aligned with Kemper Auto offerings
Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents
Provides an outstanding experience for agents through consultative selling
Develops and maintains strong relationships with agents at all levels within the agency
Drives new business growth, mix of business, retention, and profitability within assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of professional and influential work experience required
2-5 years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
