They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of energy and industrial services projects, with accountability for HSSE, commercial performance, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as EnerMech's authorized representative to the client, building trusted, long-term relationships

Lead project teams through initiation, planning, execution, handover, and closeout

Champion HSSE leadership and a strong safety culture aligned with EnerMech life-saving rules

Manage contract scope, schedule, change control, cost, revenue, and cash flow

Develop and control project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and forecasts

Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and supply chain performance

Ensure quality, technical integrity, and "right-first-time" delivery

Maintain effective reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions

Support business development through client engagement, bids, and proposals
