The role involves assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and obtaining necessary financial licenses while working both remotely and in an Investor Center.

Responsibilities
Support customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone skills
Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and spend time building advanced skills
Qualification
