Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement new and existing business applications

Provide round-the-clock production support and troubleshoot Mainframe systems to ensure high availability and reliability

Develop interfaces and reports to support business operations

Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing

Review, modify, and debug existing programs to improve performance and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements

Required

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in COBOL

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in DB2

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in JCL

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in IMS-DB

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in CICS

5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in VSAM

Experience in providing 24/7/365 production support for critical systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Experience with job scheduling tools like IWS

Familiarity with debugging and file management tools

Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments is a plus
