Responsibilities

Direct Sourcing for Clinical Talent: Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill BCBA, leadership and other clinical positions using innovative sourcing strategies

Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Partner closely with clinical directors to understand team needs and ensure a seamless fit for each hire

Strategically Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pool of top-tier candidates, utilizing your clinical recruitment experience to identify the best talent

Drive Candidate Success: Ensure successful onboarding and retention of hires, supporting them throughout their journey with HHF

Required

Experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill clinical positions, specifically BCBA and leadership roles

Ability to lead recruitment efforts using innovative sourcing strategies

Proven ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines

Experience in ensuring successful onboarding and retention of hires

Commitment to supporting a mission-driven environment focused on autism care

Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks

Completion of E-Verify as required by USCIS
