New Grad, Entry LevelFidelity Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, where you will focus on career development while assisting customers over the phone. In this role, you will support customers with account inquiries and transactions while preparing for your FINRA licensing exams and transitioning to work in an Investor Center.

Responsibilities
Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
Obtain licenses by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
Qualification
Required
