Mid LevelNoble is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate the daily operations of a subcontracted team. The role involves supporting and training team members, communicating with leadership, and ensuring tasks are performed according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily team activities
Develop additional leadership opportunities with Senior Team Lead and NEWS leadership
Provide direct, interactive support, instruction and training
Attend periodic meetings with Senior Team Lead and/or NEWS leadership
Communicate directly with Senior Team Lead, site contacts and other personnel
Troubleshoot, report, or correct maintenance issues
Support, coach, and model for employees to ensure tasks are performed according to customer specifications
Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Qualification
Required
Effective communication skills
Ability to assess and maintain multiple schedules
Passion for problem solving and designing solutions
Experience in guiding and overseeing a group of people
Prolonged periods of sustained activity including standing, walking (additional moving, navigating)
Light lifting (2 – 20 lbs.)
Preferred
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
