Qualification

ASCP certificationNew York State licensureBachelor’s degree in Medical TechnologyCommunication skills

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent curriculum)

New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York Education department

Must obtain the License within 6 months of hire

Preferred

ASCP certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
