Responsibilities

Act as Data Stewardship Tower’s delegate to support the execution of the Data Stewardship vision by defining and operationalizing stewardship frameworks

Oversee the execution of Domain-level data initiatives vs Enterprise-level roadmap

Establish standardized templates and harmonized reporting approaches for consistent domain-level reporting

Identify and address gaps in domain coverage, including unfilled roles or areas lacking stewardship

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and communicating best practices based on internal assessments and external feedback

Partner with Domain Data Stewards to enable execution of their roadmaps and prioritize the Book of Work

Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance to resolve issues and urgent priorities (“fire drills”)

Provide visibility for resource allocation, prioritization and decision-making

Deliver visibility to senior leadership through standardized reporting and insights that inform decision-making and resource allocation

Required

5+ years experience with Data Quality and Data Management

5+ years experience in Management role (VP/SVP/Dir/ExecDir)

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Strong understanding of data management frameworks, metadata, and AI/analytics integration

Excellent communication and strategic planning skills

Preferred

Experience with data design, data audit, data governance and IT

Experience in federated data ownership models

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and enterprise data governance standards

Background in financial services or similar regulated industries
