Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery workshops and convert business challenges into solution strategies focused on Agentic AI
Own the technical response strategy for RFIs/RFPs, encompassing architecture narratives, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and deliverability
Collaborate with Account Executives on qualification, scope shaping, phased roadmap proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) inputs
Design and deliver persona-based demonstrations that showcase Agentforce addressing automotive scenarios
Develop rapid Proofs of Concept (POCs) that connect Data Cloud signals to governed agent actions
Create architecture diagrams that illustrate data flow, identity, integration patterns, and necessary approvals
Identify technical risks proactively and ensure solution assurance for seamless delivery handoff
Remain informed on Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and connected vehicle trends to effectively translate telemetry and service signals into viable commercial use cases

Qualification

Required

Experience working with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or dealership groups
Functional understanding of SAP landscapes, with a strong preference for familiarity with SD/PP
Active Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect

Preferred

Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting, with substantial customer-facing responsibilities
Demonstrated success in supporting and securing complex enterprise services deals
Exceptional executive communication skills, adept at conveying AI/agentic concepts to C-level stakeholders
Hands-on experience configuring and demonstrating Agentforce and Einstein Copilot capabilities
Experience in positioning Informatica for legacy data unlock and a solid understanding of integration patterns, including SAP integration positioning and risk management
