$22/hr - $24/hrRochester Regional Health is seeking a Site Management Administrator (SMA) who will ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service. The SMA will support both the Project Team and Clinical Trials Investigator sites from study set-up to close-out, handling day-to-day activities and various tasks as defined by the Project Team or ACM client.

Responsibilities
Supports the issue and QC of Alert notifications
Supports site day-to-day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issuing on-demand patient reports and manages alert notifications as required by the study
Supports and performs set up duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial, as well as supports site day to day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports
Provides web portal account login information and support for end users
Supports all subcontractor results and data entry into ACM LIMS database
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Exceptional service through a consistent customer-centric approach
Support both the Project Team and Clinical Trials Investigator sites from study set-up through to study close-out
Support the issue and QC of Alert notifications
Support site day-to-day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails
Issue on-demand patient reports and manage alert notifications as required by the study
Support and perform set up duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial

Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in preferred in health care or a scientific concentration
Experience from laboratory and/or highly regulated environments
Proficiency with desktop publishing, word processing, and ACM LIS & LIMS systems and reporting tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to effectively influence others, work in a team environment, and to collaborate across lines of business and functions
