Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders
Design scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Platform)
Define end-to-end architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
Lead solution design involving MuleSoft, Kafka, and enterprise systems
Provide architectural governance, best practices, and design reviews
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
Support teams with targeted hands-on configuration, prototyping, and troubleshooting as needed

Required

10+ years of overall experience in an enterprise environment
5+ years of Salesforce experience, including enterprise-scale implementations
Multi-cloud Salesforce architecture (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) experience
MuleSoft (API-led connectivity) and event-driven architecture experience using Kafka
Salesforce certification(s) required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, etc.)
Experience in advisory, architecture, or lead consultant roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Tableau and/or Salesforce Analytics certifications
Experience in complex, highly integrated environments
Background in cloud-native and distributed system architectures
