Collaborate with the Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Continuous Improvement and Corporate Engineering to develop annual capital plans by recommending LFI profitability improvement projects
Provide technical support and training to the plant operations on identifying problems, determining opportunities for improvement and effecting change to eliminate issues
Lead weekly project update meetings with collaborative team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline- preferably Mechanical Engineering
4 or more years of experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry and/or high speed packaged consumer goods manufacturing environment
Demonstrated Project Management experience as a hands-on project manager delivering project scope from concept to closure on-time and on-budget
