Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and processes
Analyze and interpret data policies and regulatory requirements
Define and enforce data standards to improve data quality and consistency
Ensure compliance with federal and DoD data governance policies
Support data quality, compliance, and governance initiatives through data modeling and analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues
Provide accurate, reliable analytics to support organizational decision-making
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance (required)
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
5–8 years of technical experience
Proven ability to configure and implement data governance standards
Strong understanding of foundational data policies, including: NARA, NIST Data Management, DoD / DoW policies
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data modeling
Proficiency in data analytics and a solid understanding of statistics for reporting and interpretation
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data findings
Experience developing and executing data governance strategies
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong technical background to support and implement governance strategies
