The role involves supporting acquisition planning and execution, providing advisory services to Government Program/Project Managers in accordance with IC and DoD acquisition policies.

Responsibilities

Create IC SCC-related Acquisition Planning Records (APRs) , APR amendments , IC SCC Interagency Acquisition Planning Records (IA APRs) , and Requisitions (REQs) in the Contracts Management System (CMS)

Track progress and manage approval workflow through CMS

Develop and manage supporting documentation for APRs, IA APRs, and REQs, including:

Cost estimates

Market research

Justifications for Other Than Full and Open Competition

Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs)

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Work with functional and technical program personnel to develop requirements and interface with stakeholders, including CIO-4, CFO, and other branches as needed

Provide up-to-date program/project status through reports, formal reviews, and informal meetings

Advise Government Program/Project Managers (GPMs) on planning and executing acquisition activities while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IC/DIA/DoD policies

Assist GPMs in responding to queries from internal and external sources and support program reviews

Support planning, coordination, and execution activities by creating executable work packages and planning packages, including preparation, coordination, and modification of program processes, publications, program-level reports, briefings, and senior management support materials

Assist in preparing and conducting program briefings and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
