Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Financial Services)

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, including virtual and in-person meetings
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional and positive experience
Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist recruiters with offer process administration, including background checks, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment documentation
Partner with internal stakeholders to support campus recruiting, diversity initiatives, and hiring events as needed
Prepare recruiting reports and metrics to support hiring activity and workforce planning
Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or similar tools
