🌳Mid-Market Account Executive (Salesforce, DevOps/Cloud) - Remote (USA) - $100-130k base + Commissions🌳
Areti Group is a fast-growing Salesforce DevOps ISV looking to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their high-performing team. The role involves driving new business across the US by managing the full sales cycle and engaging in value-based conversations around Salesforce DevOps and cloud delivery.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle across mid-market accounts (discovery → close)
Lead consultative, value-based conversations around Salesforce DevOps/release management/cloud delivery
Manage pipeline with support from a BDR team (India) and access to a strong Solution Engineering team
Build relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem and partner network
Close multiple deals per quarter with a focus on consistent execution and forecast accuracy
Qualification
Required
2–6+ years experience as an AE selling SaaS/cloud/DevOps/platform tools
Strong discovery skills and ability to qualify and position outcomes (not feature selling)
Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem / partners is a strong advantage
Comfortable selling into regulated industries (FINS, HLS) and Technology
No public sector focus
