Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives to define, implement, and improve data protection standards, and processes, including those specific to web security
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-product area (x-PA) teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of data protection controls, integrating web security best practices
Identify and analyze risks associated with sensitive data handling, developing mitigation strategies and driving remediation efforts, including risks related to web vulnerabilities
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data protection programs and communicate progress to leadership, including metrics that assess web security posture
Monitor evolving data protection regulations and industry best practices, adapting strategies to maintain compliance and leadership while staying ahead of emerging web security threats

Qualification

NIST 2.0 FrameworkSecurity-based risk managementProgram managementCross-functional project managementTechnical expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience implementing the NIST 2.0 Framework
Experience leading security-based risk management programs

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience coordinating across multiple locations, engineering leads, and product management teams
