Responsibilities
Manage the structured notes/warrants issuance workflow
Support Sales and Engineering teams in reviewing and validating trade documentation
Develop automated templates and tools to manage the day to day process
Participate in various projects and tasks that help streamline and enhance the AMER platform’s structured product offerings
Back up pricing team to use derivatives models and pricing tools evaluate custom investment and hedging solutions
Qualification
Required
Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
Fluent in English
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Have a good understanding of financial mathematics
Be comfortable with reviewing legal documentation
Have good computer programming skills (Python, VBA Excel)
Have a good team spirit and capacity to work in a team
Have a strong motivation to be successful
Have a strong commitment
Have a high level of curiosity
Be easy to work with
Be able to think outside the box
Preferred
A previous experience on the trading floor would be appreciated
