Responsibilities

Oversee daily production workload to meet USPS mail pick-up times and client SLAs

Lead team meetings, set goals, and coach associates for success

Monitor performance using metrics and provide constructive feedback

Maintain balance across quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale

Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, vendors, and clients

Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service providers

Ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and safety standards

Support new hire training and orientation

Operate production equipment when needed
