Responsibilities

You’ll serve as counsel in removal defense / EOIR matters, including:

Signing and filing petitions, motions, and pleadings

Managing a high-volume caseload with strong organization and judgment

Appearing at EOIR hearings and advocating in court

Handling substantive work across proceedings (based on experience), potentially including asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and adjustment of status
