Responsibilities
Manage incoming orders from selling partners, ensuring accurate input into the system and timely completion
Serve as a liaison between external selling partners and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and operations
Maintain high levels of customer service while addressing partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Enter and update data across relevant systems with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines and ensure all order-related tasks are completed efficiently
Monitor progress of orders, providing updates and ensuring adherence to timelines
Collaborate with sales and other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes
Utilize CRM and other tools to track and manage partner interactions effectively
Support high-volume operations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Adapt to flexible working hours as needed to meet project requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with CRM systems and other office software tools
Ability to act as a liaison between external and internal teams, fostering effective collaboration
Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours to support business needs
Preferred
Telecom industry experience is preferred but not required
