Responsibilities
Review tenant and vendor accounts, rent statements, and ledgers
Process invoices, payments, and weekly vendor disbursements
Maintain accurate data across accounting and property management systems
Handle vendor inquiries and prepare aging reports
Manage insurance certificates, lien waivers, and tax documentation
Enter and maintain commercial leases; verify rent and CAM charges
Process tenant move-ins and move-outs; monitor receivables
Coordinate legal filings with external counsel as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Experience with Yardi required
