Retirement Plan Administrator II

Responsibilities
Perform all administration duties required for effective service delivery for assigned plans
Analyze and interpret more complex documents including all IRA documents, standardized and non standardized prototype defined contribution documents, individually designed plan documents and trust agreements
Initiate, follow and complete EPIC conversion package to successfully convert new daily valued 401k plans to NBT’s platform
Participate in new business development
Remain current on mutual fund offerings and QMR due diligence process. Conduct effective participant education and enrollment meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
5-7 years experience in a Financial Services industry
CRSP Certification
Proficient PC skills with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of various retirement plan vehicles
Knowledge of various investment vehicles
Ability to develop and deliver quality business proposals
Ability to begin CRSP certification program within 18 months of date of hire, if not certified on date of hire
