Performing compliance testing
Preparing contribution calculations
Maintaining accurate plan records
Working closely with clients to provide high-quality service
Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
Facilitating smooth communication between clients and other financial professionals
Troubleshooting client issues
Assisting in retirement plan design recommendations
Supporting annual plan reviews
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience in the industry
Comprehensive knowledge of Retirement Plans – specifically Defined Contribution plans and Defined Benefit plans
Understand compliance testing
Extensive knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Preferred
ASPPA or other industry-related certifications are a plus
