Responsibilities
Lead QA activities for wealth and asset management applications, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards
Design and implement data quality testing frameworks using Python or other backend scripting languages
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data validation, transformation, and reconciliation processes
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand data elements and workflows in wealth management
Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Prepare and present test strategies, progress reports, and defect metrics to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation coverage
Mentor and guide offshore QA teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of wealth and asset management operations, including portfolio management, transaction processing, performance reporting, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for backend automation
Experience with data quality testing, ETL validation, and SQL for data analysis
Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or similar)
In-depth understanding of key data elements in wealth management, including Reference Data, Transactional Data, Position & Holdings Data, Valuation & Performance Data, Pricing Data, Compliance & Regulatory Data, Cash Flow & Income Data, Non-ETF Product Data
Minimum 8 years in QA, with at least 3 years in a lead role within wealth management domain
