They are seeking a Student Success Program Manager to develop outreach strategies, provide holistic support for degree completion plans, and monitor the progress of students returning to complete their degrees.

Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach ¿ Participate in developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage stopped-out students, including collaboration with other departments including UCM, Registrar, Admissions, Advising, and Student Financial Services, and recruit them to return to UWG to complete their degree

Degree Planning ¿ Provide holistic support to students in the development of degree completion plans, including collaboration with other departments such as academic units, Advising, CAS, Student Financial Services, and the Registrar

Student Support ¿ Provide proactive, ongoing support to students, as needed, as they progress through their degree plan, helping them navigate curricular and other needs, access academic and financial services, etc

Other- Monitor the progress of stopped-out students who have returned and regularly assess the overall work and results of the initiative, including maintaining a database and tracking strategic and process revisions

Required

Masters Degree

Worked with college students in an academic context (advising, academic coaching, instruction, etc.)

Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to adapt style of communication to differing audiences

Strong understanding of higher education institutions, specifically the functions of different divisions and units

Self-directed and proactive approach to curriculum planning for students, taking into account students' goals and constraints as well as the university's academic services and offerings

Aptitude for managing multiple, ongoing tasks simultaneously

Attention to detail

Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple departments
