3+ years expSoTalent is seeking a Senior Analyst in Cybersecurity Education & Awareness to help drive enterprise-wide human risk reduction. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and measuring an engaging cybersecurity awareness program that reduces the likelihood of breaches caused by human error, while strengthening overall risk posture and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Identify and assess human-related cyber risk vectors (e.g. phishing, social engineering, remote work risks, shadow IT, device misuse) and design targeted awareness interventions
Design, manage, and analyze phishing simulation campaigns, including configuration, behavioral analysis, feedback, and improvement plans
Define, track, and report key metrics (KPIs/KRIs) to demonstrate program effectiveness, behavior change, risk reduction, and ROI
Develop and maintain awareness and training content, including e-learning courses, onboarding training, role-based education, newsletters, videos, intranet content, and campaigns
Ensure content is engaging, accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences, and aligned with brand and communication standards
Stay current on emerging cyber threats, human behavior trends, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks (e.g. NIST, NYDFS, PCI DSS)
Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis, root-cause reviews of awareness gaps, and enhancements to program design and messaging
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in security awareness, cybersecurity training, or human risk management within an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with phishing simulation tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content creation platforms
Strong understanding of human factors in cybersecurity, adult learning principles, instructional design, and change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
Preferred
Experience working in large, multi-site or multi-time-zone organizations is a plus
