Assess Homeowner Needs: Meet homeowners in person to evaluate interior, exterior, and historic restoration requirements
Present & Close: Deliver clear, professional proposals and achieve a 50%+ close rate through relationship-based selling
Lead Management: Diligently track leads and follow-up activities using our CRM ( Drip Jobs )
Guide Decisions: Help homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their property investments
Excellence in Service: Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, honor, and humility
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal abilities with a natural talent for guiding conversations and building rapport
High comfort level using mobile technology and CRMs to manage a sales pipeline
Must have a dependable vehicle for daily travel to on-site appointments across Charleston
A self-starter mentality with exceptional follow-through and a drive to meet business goals
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in residential sales or a related field
Familiarity with painting, construction, or restoration project requirements
Deep understanding of the Charleston area and residential market needs
