Responsibilities
Design and implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies using Pega CDH
Configure and optimize decision strategies, engagement policies, and predictive models
Develop and maintain Pega rules, flows, and data models aligned with business requirements
Integrate Pega CDH with external systems for data ingestion and outbound communication
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega applications
Stay updated with Pega platform upgrades and best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 4+ year in Pega CDH
Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning Framework, NBA Designer, and Customer Profile Designer
Experience with Pega 8.x or higher versions
Familiarity with data flows, adaptive models, and predictive analytics
Experience in SQL queries
Understanding of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Self-motivated starter
Documentation skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Pega certifications such as CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant) or CSA/CSSA preferred
