Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to implement and support various Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration
Configure business processes, approval workflows (BPM), enterprise structures, and workforce models
Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training
Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance
Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery
Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL
Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility)
Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required

10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence Mgmt, Payroll, OTBI, Compensation
Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking
Technical Exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL
Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills
Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities
Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and documentation skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
