Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Data Migration/Conversion expert with extensive experience in SAP ABAP. The role involves leading a team of consultants, managing WRICEF objects, and executing end-to-end data migration activities for S/4HANA projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the team of 10+ Technical consultants

Manage the WRICEF objects and keep the scope in control

Work with Business and functional team to determine the WRICEF requirements

Help team with technical specs, design and build

Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities for S/4HANA projects

Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategy and templates

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and business rule application

Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and quality checks

Conduct mock runs, cutover activities, and post-migration validation

Troubleshoot migration issues and provide timely resolutions

Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Required

Minimum 10 or more years of SAP ABAP experience

Extensive experience in ABAP OO, SLT process, RFC interfaces, HTTP and web services

Experience in managing WRICEF objects for S/4HANA implementation programs

Handled a team of 10+ ABAP Technical consultants and owned entire technical delivery

Experience with Database refresh and client copy activities

Experience with SAP upgrades

Excellent written and oral communication skills are a requirement

Experience with SAP RISE environment
