Responsibilities
To attain sales revenue target outlined by historic CTI sales & projections
To identify all risks associated with each project and to notify the appropriate parties
Design, engineer and price appropriately, each project according to the inherent levels of risk associated with the project
To assist, design, fabricate methodologies setting CTI apart from our competitors while providing a value to our clients
To maintain budgets on each project while minimizing the costs
To ensure all projects are properly thought through, scheduled with the appropriate labor and tool requirements
To provide the necessary support of field operations while maintaining an injury-free worksite
To communicate job details to field operations
To complete and document all paperwork in a timely fashion
To get all change orders in writing by an authorized representative of the client prior to commencing the work
To work in the field assisting technicians and employing methodology
To support and lead CTI’s objective of a positive nurturing team atmosphere
To partake in continuing education strengthening job skills and expand your abilities
To participate in safety enforcement as well as toolbox talks and safety meetings
To understand, abide by and enforce company policies and rules
To maintain a positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
Proficiency in Project Management practices and tools
Knowledge in performing Inspection activities to ensure compliance with project standards
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
Experience in the commercial, heavy construction industry. Selective demolition is a plus
