Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging both Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering) and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) to solve complex business problems
Demonstrate a deep understanding of how AI models integrate with existing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM) to enable seamless, end-to-end business workflows
Lead rapid prototyping and minimum viable product (MVP) development to quickly demonstrate technical feasibility and business value to the client
Define the technical strategy, architecture, and technology stack for large-scale AI implementations
Proactively engage with executive-level and technical client stakeholders to understand their core business problems and identify new opportunities where GenAI and Agentic AI can drive significant competitive advantage or cost savings
Masterfully translate ambiguous customer requirements and challenges into clear, actionable technical specifications and quantifiable business outcomes
Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and presentation materials that articulate the value proposition of proposed AI solutions
Leverage prior experience in the aerospace industry (e.g., manufacturing, MRO, supply chain, engineering design) to anchor solutions in industry-specific realities and challenges
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and executives with clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness
Act as a trusted advisor, building strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers
Partner effectively with sales, account management, product, and delivery teams to ensure a coordinated and successful go-to-market strategy
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on the application of GenAI and Agentic AI technologies

GenAI and Agentic AI Expertise: Design, prototype, and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging both Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering) and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) to solve complex business problems
System Architecture: Demonstrate a deep understanding of how AI models integrate with existing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM) to enable seamless, end-to-end business workflows
Proof-of-Concept (POC) Development: Lead rapid prototyping and minimum viable product (MVP) development to quickly demonstrate technical feasibility and business value to the client
Technical Road mapping: Define the technical strategy, architecture, and technology stack for large-scale AI implementations
Opportunity Identification: Proactively engage with executive-level and technical client stakeholders to understand their core business problems and identify new opportunities where GenAI and Agentic AI can drive significant competitive advantage or cost savings
Requirement Translation: Masterfully translate ambiguous customer requirements and challenges into clear, actionable technical specifications and quantifiable business outcomes
Business Case Creation: Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and presentation materials that articulate the value proposition of proposed AI solutions
Stakeholder Management & Soft Skills (Street Smart & Polished)
Executive Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and executives with clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness
Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with sales, account management, product, and delivery teams to ensure a coordinated and successful go-to-market strategy
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on the application of GenAI and Agentic AI technologies
