Responsibilities
Lead the design and configuration of ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other modules
Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Provide guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend optimal solutions
Oversee development, configuration, and integration activities
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance
Mentor and guide developers and administrators
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
Hands-on experience with multiple modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, CMDB
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST/SOAP)
Ability to map business processes to ServiceNow workflows
Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
Lead the design and configuration of ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other modules
