Responsibilities

Personally originate and close high-impact strategic deals
Build, coach, and lead a sales organization aligned to Maveneer’s pull-through model
Partner closely with engineering and concept design teams to ensure the right problems are being solved
Translate technical solutions into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
Maintain strong discipline around margin quality, deal selection, and delivery constraints
Establish a sales operating cadence that balances growth ambition with execution reality
Set the standard for what 'good' looks like in consultative selling and deal judgement at Maveneer
Own executive-level conversion strategy, timing, and escalation across priority accounts

Required

Experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, consulting-led enterprise sales, or adjacent complex B2B environments
Strong business, financial, and strategic acumen
Ability to personally originate and close high-impact strategic deals
Experience in building, coaching, and leading a sales organization
Ability to partner closely with engineering and concept design teams
Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
Strong discipline around margin quality, deal selection, and delivery constraints
Ability to establish a sales operating cadence that balances growth ambition with execution reality
Ability to set the standard for consultative selling and deal judgement
Experience owning executive-level conversion strategy, timing, and escalation across priority accounts
Comfort operating in ambiguity and making hard tradeoffs
