Assess damage, recommend the best repair solutions, and use tools and materials with confidence
Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations
Maintain an organized work environment and keep the service vehicle neat and stocked
Qualification
Required
A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail
A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets
Familiarity with hand tools and an interest in mechanical or repair work
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
