Provide customer service to the public in person and by phone
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Receive and process payments and applications
Greet and assist clients
Support daily operations across multiple program areas
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent computer proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Preferred
Previous public health or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
