Responsibilities
JAMF Pro Administration
Configure, deploy, and maintain JAMF Pro infrastructure for macOS and iOS devices
Manage policies, configuration profiles, scripts, and packages
Maintain device inventory and ensure accurate asset tracking
Enterprise Integration
Integrate JAMF with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, MDM, and security tools
Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and certificate-based authentication
Security & Compliance
Implement security baselines and compliance standards (CIS benchmarks, encryption, etc.)
Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities on Apple endpoints
Automation & Scripting
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or AppleScript
Streamline workflows for software deployment and patch management
Troubleshooting & Support
Provide Tier 3 support for Apple device issues
Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams for escalations
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and policies
Generate reports on compliance, inventory, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Apple device management in an enterprise environment
Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro and related Apple technologies
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, AppleScript)
Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and Apple ecosystem best practices
Experience integrating JAMF with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, PKI, etc.)
Understanding of networking concepts (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (CIS, NIST)
Experience with encryption, certificates, and secure configurations
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
JAMF 300 or 400 Certification
Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management tools
