Responsibilities

Supporting marketing initiatives and daily requests

Coordinating marketing and communications materials for new employee onboarding

Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's services, teams, and locations

Drafting, editing, and distributing a variety of marketing and communication materials

Managing accurate and segmented distribution lists

Assisting with proposals, presentations, and RFP responses through research and coordination

Supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events

Managing logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, and follow-up activities

Contributing to social media efforts by drafting and scheduling professional content in alignment with brand guidelines

Qualification

Required
