Responsibilities

Lead structured discovery workshops to understand current state and target state revenue flows across:

Translate regulatory, contractual, and commercial requirements into ORMB capabilities and configuration patterns

Identify fit gap areas, assumptions, risks, and mitigation strategies early in the sales cycle

Design end to end ORMB architectures covering:

Align ORMB with:

Define integration approaches (REST APIs, files, middleware/orchestration) and data migration strategies

Build and deliver role based demos and PoVs tailored for business, finance, and IT stakeholders

Support RFP/RFI responses, solution outlines, and executive presentations

Develop compelling value propositions, ROI, and TCO models tied to:

Position ORMB effectively against competitive billing and revenue platforms

Partner with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff from presales to implementation

Create and maintain reusable presales assets:

Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, solution briefs, and best practice documentation

Required

Overall 20+ years IT experience with 8+ years hands on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) or comparable complex billing systems

Hands on experience to Deliver GTM strategies and revenue/TCV targets

Strong understanding of: Pricing, rating, billing, invoicing, adjustments, and settlements

GL integration, reconciliation, and financial controls

Experience leading customer workshops, demos, and PoVs

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business value language

Experience of building team, assets, solutions

Preferred

Healthcare / Medtech experience with: Subscription or usage based billing

Contract pricing, device lifecycle billing

Partner/provider settlements

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, RMCS, and middleware (OIC or equivalent)

Exposure to regulatory, audit, and compliance environments (e.g., SOX)

Oracle Cloud or Integration certifications
