Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate all resources to ensure project is delivered inside the scheduled timeline and within budget
Participate in the review and selection of sub-contractors and vendors
Assist in the negotiation of sub-contracts and purchase orders
Ensure all required permits and municipal approvals are obtained
Review job cost reports and prepare monthly updates and cost and profit projections as the job progresses
Facilitate team, client, and project meetings
Qualification
Required
2-year degree in a construction related curriculum
experience managing commercial excavating projects
Preferred
4 year degree in a construction related curriculum
3 years experience managing commercial excavating projects
